App Widgets & Live Workout Updates 📲🔥 We’re planning interactive app widgets that bring key Kahunas features outside the app, making it easier than ever to stay engaged. Plus, we’re planning live workout widgets, providing real-time updates during workouts. Clients can track sets, reps, rest times, and adjustments without needing to jump back into the app, keeping them focused and in the zone. This means seamless interaction, better engagement, and a frictionless coaching experience inside and outside the app.

Email Template Editing 📧 We’re introducing a powerful Email Template Editor, giving coaches full control over the messages they send through Kahunas. Customize welcome emails, check-in reminders, progress updates, and more with your own branding, tone, and messaging. Whether you want to tweak the wording, add personal touches, or ensure consistency across all communications, this feature will let you streamline client interactions while keeping everything on-brand and professional.

Client made workouts.

Client made workouts. I'd like to give some of my clients the option to design their own workouts, their own movements, their own rep ranges, sets, and exercise order for them to track and progress. My role would be to keep them accountable to what they're doing. Having an option where they can add in and change movements freely, sets and rep ranges freely, and have access to the full exercise library to add and change these movements and change days if applicable would be ideal. Now, to work around this would be to add the individual client as a coach, but then they have access to everything from forms to questionnaires, which I don't want them to have access to. I just want them to have the ability to change and update workouts, potentially meal plans as well, so coaching becomes more of a team effort and more of an accountability factor.

target for clients Hi! I have a feature request that would make coaching much easier. It would be great if coaches could set a reminder or target for the client's next workout, showing the recommended weight and reps for each exercise. For example, if a client performs 10 reps at 60 kg, I could set their next session to aim for 62.5 kg × 8–10 reps. This would help both coaches and clients track progressive overload more effectively and ensure they always know what they're aiming for in the next workout. I think this feature would add a lot of value to the coaching experience. Thanks!
